specialty [‘speʃ（ə）ltɪ] n. 招牌菜
在國外用餐，當然要吃當地最具特色的美食
specialty可以表示
特色菜，招牌菜，拿手菜
（英式：speciality）
（招牌肯定是招牌，特色也肯定有，不過合不合口味就不知道了）

你們這的招牌菜是什麼？
（House表示：餐廳，飯店）

在速食店用餐時，當你還沒有想好點些什麼而后面還有人的情況下，你可以先站在旁邊糾結一陣，順便醞釀一下口語。
